Move Through It™ is an environmental and movement-based coaching experience that combines movement, CBT-informed processing, and real-time skill building. Instead of staying limited to a traditional office format, this service creates space to address anxiety in the environments where it actually shows up.
Sessions may include walking, sitting in a calm environment, visiting a coffee shop, or choosing another setting where you feel comfortable and able to engage deeply.

Coaching-style skill building and CBT-informed tools. Depending on the client’s needs, location, and service agreement, services may be structured as therapy, coaching, or wellness support. This will be clarified during consultation and consent.
